In order to make this process simple to understand, I've put this "Getting Started" page together for you.

Once you have ruled out serious medical issues, you can proceed to rule IN a mind-body condition with the information below.
This page will help you understand what is going on and what to do next.
1.) Understanding Pain

2.) Take The Pain Free You Self-Assessment
First and most importantly, we need to determine if your pain or symptoms can be helped with a mind-body approach.
You can do this by taking the Pain Free You Self-Assessment. In this assessment you'll be able to determine if you can end your pain and symptoms like many others already have.
Once you know that this will work for you, it will help in teaching the brain that you are safe, and it will allow you to begin turning down the alarms and warning signals coming from your brain.
The more proof you have that what you're dealing with is TMS/PDP or a mind-body condition, the easier it will be to show your brain that you are safe.
3.) Read the Book - Teach Your Brain to End Your Pain
If you want to fully understand this whole system, the best way to do it is by reading my book.
